Your Responsibilities
- •Packing: Pack your items carefully to prevent damage during transport and storage.
- •Labeling: Clearly label all items or boxes so we can identify and catalog them.
- •Prohibited Items: Do not store hazardous materials, perishables, flammable items, or anything illegal. Contact us if you're unsure.
- •Honesty: Provide accurate descriptions of what you're storing.
- •High-Value Items: If you store items worth more than $500, you must declare them when booking. Undeclared high-value items may not be covered under our standard protection.
- •Communication: Keep us updated with current contact information so we can reach you when needed.
Pricing & Payment
Storage pricing is calculated based on the volume and type of items you store, and the storage location you choose. Rates are designed for long-term storage — the longer you store, the better your per-month rate.
You are responsible for shipping costs to our storage location. When you request items back, we handle the shipping and charge at cost.
Payment terms and methods will be confirmed when you place your order. We accept standard digital payment methods including credit cards and bank transfers.
Insurance & Liability
Every item stored with Stashigo includes standard protection coverage. This is included in your storage fee at no extra cost.
We are not liable for cash, jewelry, or antiques. Do not store items worth more than $500 without declaring them when you book.
We maintain storage facilities with care, keep items organized, protect them from weather and pests, and maintain climate control. We are responsible for reasonable care of your belongings while they are with us.
How to Retrieve Your Items
- •Retrieval: Request pickup or shipping through our platform at any time.
- •Shipping: We can arrange national or international shipping at cost to wherever you are.
- •Partial Retrieval: You can request specific items from your collection without retrieving everything.
