What's Covered
- Fire, flood, and natural disaster damage

- Accidental damage during handling by our staff

Exclusions
- Cash, currency, or financial instruments
- Fine jewelry, gemstones, or precious metals
- Antiques and irreplaceable one-of-a-kind items
- Undeclared items valued over $500
- Items improperly packed by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
High-Value Items
If you are storing items valued at more than $500 per item, you must declare them when you set up your storage. This allows us to arrange appropriate coverage. Undeclared high-value items may not be covered under standard protection. When in doubt, just let us know and we'll help you figure out the best coverage.
If Something Goes Wrong
In the unlikely event that your items are damaged or lost while in our care:
